Shipping Rates

FREE shipping within the US on all orders over $75

Orders over $75: FREE SHIPPING
Orders under $75: $10 Flat Rate

International Shipping

Orders to areas outside the US (including Canada): $20

Shipping

Inner Horizons accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Inner Horizons ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS. 

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2- business days from the time the order is placed.  Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 1-2 business days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if the stock is available.

 

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.   

 

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. The duty fee will not be refunded on any type of return. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

USPS’S local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.

 

Refuse Package

 

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs.

  • Duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. 

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Returns

We want you to be at peace with everything you order from Inner Horizons. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund for your product minus any shipping costs and restocking fees.

 

To request a refund, simply send an email to support@innerhorizonslc.com, within 14 days of purchase including the order number, date of order, product, contact information, and the reason for the return. All refund requests must be received within 14 days of purchase, no exceptions.

 

Returning Purchases
 

Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.

Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked. Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense. Mail your package to:

Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit.

Additional Return Guidelines

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

While all orders are carefully quality checked before being sent, mistakes do happen. If we inadvertently send you the wrong item, we will replace it immediately, at no cost to you.

Simply send an email to support@innerhorizonslc.com indicating what you ordered and what you received. And of course, shipping will be on us.

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please let us know and we will replace the damaged item at no cost to you. To receive a replacement item or a refund, send an email to support@innerhorizonslc.com.
